It is our goal to always personally answer the telephone when you call. Our normal office hours are:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, and Saturdays by appointment

If you call during normal business hours, you will speak to one of our office personnel who will route your call to an appropriate staff member, or if  unavailable at that time, we will take a message and have a member of our staff call you back as soon as possible.

If you call anytime outside our normal working hours, we have an answering machine to take your message and your call will be returned on the following business day, unless you specify a preferred time or method to be reached.
